HarmonyTech is currently looking for a talented and self-motivated Program Analyst I specializing in business and data analysis. You will be working with a high-performing agile team supporting a federal program and providing analytical, consultative, and project support services across the full program lifecycle.

Position is available in Washington, DC, requires US citizenship. Travel is not required.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and consultative services across all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, software design, system and performance testing, and implementation.
  • Analyze and review budgets, schedules, program resources, and project activities to support successful program execution.
  • Identify resource shortfalls, risks, and issues and provide recommendations to mitigate potential impacts.
  • Participate in requirements analysis sessions and review business, system, and integration requirements to ensure they meet program needs.
  • Conduct research, review test results, monitor system testing, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Develop and present reports detailing findings, risks, and proposed solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement by evaluating alternatives and recommending process efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years of related experience in program analysis and project support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience analyzing program data, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with federal government programs and stakeholders.
  • Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, system testing, and project lifecycle activities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
