Mid-level Adobe Developer

HarmonyTech is seeking Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer along with Adobe LiveCycle / Workbench experience. The person will be responsible for developing new enterprise solutions with AEM and continue to support clients investments in Adobe products and delivering value to the end users.

Position is available in Washington DC (no telework), requires public trust clearance, and US citizenship.


  • Hands on experience in building and deploying enterprise level WCM solutions on Adobe CQ 5.5, 5.6, AEM 6.0, 6.1 and 6.2
  • Experience developing custom AEM Reusable components, Widgets, Templates, and Widgets
  • Programming experience in J2EE, Java, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Spring, Web services, HTML5, XML, CSS, EJB, JSON, JMS, JDBC, RWD, SQL Server
  • Experienced in migration from LiveCycle
  • Hands on experience in AEM Admin tasks, includes installing AEM in Author, Publish and dispatcher Mode, Sling status, creation of audit reports and configuration AEM in http request.
  • 3 plus years experience in application development
  • Two years of experience with Adobe LiveCycle ES 2, 3 or 4 and Adobe AEM Forms focusing on LiveCycle Designer, LiveCycle Workbench, LiveCycle Admin Console
  • Minimum 1 years of Solid Adobe Forms development experience
  • Hands on LiveCycle Application Development experience
  • Strong communications skills to effectively communicate with different levels of management
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s’ degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience


  • Federal Government consulting experience
  • Federal Government Public Trust clearance
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Adobe and related certifications
